Nobody can undermine the importance of microwave in the modern kitchen. It's one of the most cherished possessions and no one can deny that microwaves have simplified their life and cooking.

Earlier microwaves were considered luxury items and very few people could afford it. But ever since the microwaves were manufactured in bulk by many brands, they became affordable for the common people and today most of the kitchens boast of a smallest microwave.

The smaller size of the microwave makes it effective in carrying it home and warming food in the office. One can pop the corns, make soup, warm up milk, and make grilled sandwiches in a matter of few minutes. The small microwaves are also a convenient option to put it in toilets and bathrooms to warm up towels, hankies and so on.

Disadvantages of Smallest Microwaves

  • They are not suitable for regular cooking at home. They work well while on move.
  • The cleaning part becomes a bit tough if the food particles get entangle in between.
  • Many of them have defective electric circuits which have to be replaced.
  • As they are very small, many a times they fall down due to carelessness or placement.
  • The preset buttons also don't last very long and develop snags in them.

Many Brands Are in the Fray

Emerson, Sharp, Iwave, Heinz, Wavebox, and many more brands have come up with smallest microwaves with exclusive features. The other companies like Samsung and LG are also planning to bring a nano microwave to the market.

Nano Price for Big Tasks

The price of the smallest microwave is also small. They hover between a price range of $79 and $160. The prices are further expected to reduce once there are more players in the market and there is a positive feedback from the consumers.
